Benelli Arte, Urbino
For the sixth edition of the Benelli Arte competition, born from the synergy between the arms company and the Academy of Fine Arts of Urbino, the Laboratorio Mosaico Mondaino oversaw the mosaic translation and creation of the winning work, intended to redesign the visual perception of the bright entrance to the Benelli headquarters.
The project, conceived by young creative Enrico Pierotti on the theme "Living Nature," metaphorically reinterprets the company's fifty-year history through the concentric circles of a growing and evolving tree. The Laboratorio, led by master mosaicist Milena Gasparini, supported the artist throughout every stage of development, transforming the design idea into soft, sinuous lines, combining the charm of ancient craftsmanship with the demands of contemporary corporate architecture.
The result is a monumental work in which geometric rigor merges with the fluidity of the material, welcoming visitors into an atmosphere of vibrant energy and understated elegance.
