History
The class will be welcomed at the entrance of the village of Mondaino by our guides in medieval clothes and give a brief historical overview of the origins of the Castle.

Mosaic workshop
With a simple, playful and according to the age of school children Milena will introduce kids to the Roman and Byzantine mosaic technique with direct method: the drawing project
to be realized, the choice of materials and colors to finish with the real realization of something that students can take home.
Gastronomy
Mill Fossa cheese – The “Masters Casari” will welcome pupils in the ancient mill of Porta di Sotto (XVI sec.) where they will explain, with the aid of images, the millenary art of making Fossa cheese. At the end the students will taste the cheese, and also can buy local products.
